He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Soder and Wilena Soder; and his son Brett William. He is survived by: his children, Sheila (Jesse), Elizabeth (Wil) and Ian (Gillian); his grandchildren, Brett, Charlie, David, Everleigh, Patrick and Ronan; and his sisters, Evelyn (Malcolm), Darlene (John), Pat and Wendy (Paul).
