He was predeceased by: his wife Trudy Kozub; and his parents, Wasyl Kozub and Anna Kozub. He is survived by: his children, Dale (Bonnie), Darren (Debbie), Corinne (Tracey) and Duane (Dawn); and his brother Nick Kozub. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
