Annunziata Palombi Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2024, at the age of 91, Annunziata Palombi (Edmonton, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lindoro Palombi; her parents, Erasmo Vona and Giuseppina Palombi; her siblings, Angelo Vona, Stella (Sisto Santoro), Cesare Vona (Antonietta), Cesarina Coco (Cataldo) and Maria Coco (Tommaso); her siblings-in-law, Maria Vona and Alfideo Pecorilli; her nephews, Pasqualino, Raffaele Santoro (Yvette) and Erasmo Vona; and her niece Palma Covelli.
She is survived by: her daughter Emilia Orren (Lise); her siblings, Laurenzia Pecorilli and Antonio Vona; and her sister-in-law Giulia Vona. She is also survived by cousins, nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, great-great nieces & nephews.
A prayer was held on Tuesday, September 3rd 2024 at 7:30 PM at the Santa Maria Goretti Centre (11050 90 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5B0C3). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Annunziata requested you make donations to the Canadian Cancer Society. She said flowers die but donations can help someone live.
