She is survived by: her son Dr. James Osinchuk (Linda); her grandchild Erin (Jorge); her great grandchildren, Keira, Adam, Evan and Alix (Saturday); her daughter Gail Petryk (Joseph); her grandchild Rebeka Isla (Jamie); her great grandchild Jakob; her grandson Michael Petryk (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Hayden and Olivia; her children, Ilona Storie, Emily (Harrison) and Joshua (Larissa); and her brothers, Frank, Louis and Sam.
