He was predeceased by: his parents, James Whyte and Mildred Whyte; and his siblings, Donald Whyte and Audrey Presant. He is survived by: his children, Alan (Cathy), Ken (Tina), Joanne (David) and Barry (Hilary); his grandchildren, Michael, Heather, Thea, Connor, Mason, Griffin, Dawson, Oscar and Norah; his great grandchildren, Elsie and Cassia; and his wife Sarah 'Sally Neely. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
