He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus and Rosa Adams; his wife Nancy Annie Denys; his siblings, Bea, Helen, Jean and Ken; and his son Jerry.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard, Marlyn and Rosemaree; his children, Susan Hamblen (Bob), John (Cristita) and Tom (Veronica); and his grandchildren, Nikki, Mitchell, Dustin, Kevin, Kyle and Jim.
