He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Grove and Susanna Grove; and his children, Joe and Debra Lantz. He is survived by: his wife Melita Friesen; his siblings, Albert Grove (Judy), Ellen Burkholder of Ontario and Anne Mason of Ontario; his sons, Gordon (Karen), Albert (Susan) and Tom (Joanne); and his grandchildren, BJ, Janna, Daryl, Trevor, Joe, Karla, Chase and Destinee. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
