He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Elizabeth; and his siblings, John, Corny, Walter, Agnes and Anne.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Donna Johnson (Leo) and Kelly (Jackie); his granddaughters, Nichole Clayholt, Justine Berry, Mikaela Herd and Melissa Penner; his stepgranddaughter Chelsea Cole; his great grandchildren, Clara, Addalyn, Sloan and Oliver; and his sisters, Kathy Fletcher (Rob) and Betty Lewis (Tom).
