She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Polych and Walter Polych; her brother Allen Polych; her grandparents, Phyllis and Percy Whitford; and her son Steven Cormack.

She is survived by: her husband Gordon Molyneux; her children, Mitchell Cormack (Anna) and Michelle Bascom (Michael); her grandchildren, Shandi, Anastasia Cormack, Phoenyx and Falkon Bascom; her sister-in-law Bonnie Polych; and her sisters, Sheila Paullus (Rick) and Karen Holt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
