He was predeceased by: his parents, Teunis and Teinisje; his brothers-in-law, Pat and John; his daughter Tammy Jo; his close friend Woody; and his pet Brandi.
He is survived by: his wife Lavina; his children, Tracey (Gord), Tom, Rhonda (Sean), Sabrina (Rob), Trevor (Melanie) and Brandon; and his siblings, Tony (Linda), Dickie (Dallas), Celia and Roelie.
