He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Michalevich and Annie Michalevich; and his siblings, Love, Vicky, Anne, Edith, Evelyn, Yvonne and Victor.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Pshyk; his children, Rick Michalevich (Michelle) and Donna Curr (Darrell); his grandchildren, Terry Michalevich, Christine Michalevich-Herman (Lyn), Jamie Michalevich (Danielle), Robin Curr (Melanie) and Candace Babuik (Chuck); his great grandchildren, Sean Michalevich (Emily) and London Herman; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Zachary Montgomery, Alexa, Brittanna Michalevich, Kaedence Ball, Riley, Lily and Archer Babuik; his sisters, Cynthia Anthony (Alexander) and Daria Harder; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Antonuik, Mary Michalevich and Ollie Elliott.
