It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Jean Kidd (Drumheller, Alberta), who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Makara and Doris Makara; her children, Rodney Kidd, Brady Kidd (Debi) and Karen Baker (Jim); her granddaughters, Shannon, Laura, Kendra, Karly, Tarran and Kalyna; her great grandchildren, Richard, Kalin, Riley, Serena, Kamryn, Taylor, Chett, Luca, Rio, Lachlan, Ryder and Megan; her great great grandchildren, Noah and Melody; her siblings, Douglas Makara (Mary) and Rosemary Pearce (Michael); her nieces and nephews, Dixie Makara, Charmaine Berntsen, Susan Makara, Ron Makara, Tim, Mark Makara and Derrick Berntsen; her great-niece Michelle Worrall; her husband Robert Kidd; and her daughter Cathleen Joy Kidd.
