She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Kenworthy and Mary Kenworthy; her brother Jim Kenworthy (Gail); her son-in-law Patrick Zambo; and her pet Sally Ann.
She is survived by: her former husband Henry Petkau; her children, Karina (Brett), Barry and Rob (Karen); her granddaughter Kassandra (Calvin); her great grandchildren, Emilia, Elyse, Everly and Esmae; her grandchildren, Riley, Ashwin, Heath and Ian; and her brothers, David (Kelly), Ron (Paddy) and Roy (Joanne). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
