He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Cousins and Fan; and his daughter Britni Joyal. He is survived by: his wife Karla; his children, Kimberley Payne, Brandi Joyal and Casey; his grandson Danny Payne; and his sisters, Diana Garred, Linda Freeman (Wally) and Kathy Lowe (Don). He is also survived by 5 nieces, 5 nephews, 4 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews.
Kenny's contribution to the Village of Carbon has not gone unnoticed, from curling club, volunteer firefighting and coaching soccer, to helping someone with their furnace.
