He is survived by: his children, Debbie Wurz (Ben), Cindy Bagley (Tim) and Jim Macdonald (Kathy); his former wife Eileen Cysouw (Alex); his sister Bonnie Polych; his great grandchild Brady Bagley (Cindy); his children, Travin Bagley, Braisen Bagley, Cordell Bagley (Shae), Hayley Selk, Brinley Selk, Chantell Selk (Dan), Kasyn Wurz, Kingsley Wurz, Kaleston Wurz, Kruzland Wurz and Chaylea Wurz (Jeremy); his niece Melody Polych; his aunt Oriole O'Dwyer; and also, Diane, Corinne, Dave, Gary, Loreen and Don.
