He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Holliday and Edith Holliday; his former wife Teresa Boughton (Cookie); his brother-in-law Brian Wilkinson; and his stepson David Bowles.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Holliday; his children, Michelle Engelmann (Holliday) of Olympia and Thomas Holliday (Leslie Ann) of Chandler; his stepchildren, Cindy, Lauri Swan (Jeremy), Tennelle Robinson, Peter Bowles, Steve Robinson and Dak Robinson (Missy); his grandchildren, Jordan, Jade, Anton, Solora, Shaeyla, Austin, Hunter, Shyanne, Alexzander, Erica, Harper and River; his sisters, Betty Scudamore (Dave) of Victoria, B. C. and Joan Wilkinson of Victoria, B. C.; and his close friend Ken Patterson.
