She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Keith Seitz; her daughter Samantha Pittman; her son-in-law Gavin Pittman; her mother Charlotte Green; her siblings, Carrie Marshall (Gino) and Dennis Jr.; her parent-in-law Susan; and her sister-in-law Charlene Gallagher (Joe). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a lifetime of friends.
If friends so desire memorial donations may be made in Loving Memory of Cindy to the Canadian Cancer Society (emphasis on Women suffering from Uterine and Brain Cancers).
