She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Tretiak and Tereasa Tretiak; her husband Dr. Rex Jordan; and her brother-in-law Dr. Oscar Jordan. She is survived by: her sister Carol Lecuyer (Stewart); and also Dean Lecuyer (family: Teresa Ruckman).
