He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Honish and Jean Honish; his stepmother Alice Honish; his grandparents, John, Magdaline Honish, Joseph and Katherine Paradis; his siblings, Louis Honish, Kelvin Honish and Mary Honish; his stepsister Fern Jackson; and his nephews, Kelvin Jr. Honish, Kevin Honish and Trevor Honish.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Patterson; his daughter Susan Heald (Darrell); his stepdaughter Cindy Leonard (Bob); his son Rodney Leblanc; his siblings, Curtis Honish (Linda), Marlene Brown (Al), Rosemarie Bage (Rod), Agnes Terhove (Dennis) and Joyce Nixon (Barry); his sister-in-law Dawn Honish; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Brooklyn Heald, Scott and Brent Leonard. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.
