She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Banton and Lucy Ann Banton; her husband Steinie Sigfusson (Thorstein); her children, Jo-Ann, Maggie Nelson (Terry), Sandra Brak (Peter), Susan Hempel (Keith), Garth Sigfusson (Leslie), Alan Sigfusson (Adele) and Terry Sigfusson; her grandchildren, Tanya Nelson (Scott), Ryan Nelson, Jodi Brak, Wes Brak (Raeven), Brett Hempel, Chris Sigfusson (Janelle), Lindsay Sereda (Jeff), Kellie Sigfusson, Liana Sigfusson (Colton), Erica Sigfusson and Alex Sigfusson; and also North of Wynyard. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
As a large family COVID protocols restricted the personal care and visitations we would have liked to have had with her.
