He is survived by: his wife Anne; his stepsons, Eric and Julian Duerksen; his sister-in-law Joan Herman of Drumheller; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Gauthier, Charles Gauthier (Karen), Deb Herman, Shelley Herman, Doug Herman (Tracey) and Kim Pliva (Tony).
