He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Haggerty and Alice Haggerty; his son-in-law Brad Penny; and his siblings, Gertrude Hooker, Fred Haggerty, Clarence Haggerty, Jim Haggerty, Lenard Haggerty and Sharon Clelland.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his siblings, Shawn Haggerty (Hope), Cyndi Millett (John) and Dawn Penny; his grandchildren, David Penny, Amanda Penny (Clifford), Jessie Penny, Amber Armiyao (Ayuba), Courtney Penny, Chantelle Penny, Carter Penny, Joshua Penny, Jayla Penny, Jayce Penny, Lilly Penny, Mitchell Millett, Morgan Millett, McCoy Millett, McTeighgan Millett, Michael Millett, James Alexander, Sarah Haggerty, Caitlin Haggerty and Paul Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Lyric Penny, Symphony Penny, Harmony Penny, Bradley Penny, Skyla Gustafson, Zeth Gustafson, Ocean Penny and Hakeem Amiyao. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
