It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Grace Darragh (Drayton Valley, Alberta), who passed away on August 1, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Darragh; her parents, Archibald Russell and Dora Russell; and her brothers, Harry and Robert.

She is survived by: her sons, Dave (Dawn), Delbert (Shelley), Pat (Glenis), Kevin, Ken (Melanie) and Merl; and her close friends, Muriel and Doreen. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Helen was a mom to many, and in her spirit of love for the community, the family would ask, in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Helen's name to the Community Health Foundation – Palliative Project, 4550 Madsen Avenue, Drayton Valley, AB T7A 1N8.
