With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harry James Gibson (Drayton Valley, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gibson and Helen Gibson; and his siblings, Walter and Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughter Holly (Sandy); his grandchildren, Evan (Mira), Kyle and Nicole; his son Marty; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Shea; and his sister Darlene.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation in Harry's name can be made directly to the Stollery Children's Hospital, https://www.stollerykids.com family would like to thank Dr. Frobb, the nursing staff at the Drayton Valley Hospital and Care Centre for the compassion and care shown to Harry during his stay.
