Edward Lauer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Lauer (Drayton Valley, Alberta), born in Raymore, Saskatchewan, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lauer and Margaret Lauer; his sisters, Evangeline White and Lorraine Brown; his children, Roy Schotts and Edwina Martens (Tyke); and his son-in-law Jim Haggerty.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Eileen Garman (Jim), Lorraine Haggerty (Darrel), Floyd Lauer (Vivian), Edward, Melvin Lauer and Arlene Krueger (Curtis); and his son-in-law Ron Martens (Tyke). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Due to covid restrictions, a family funeral and invitation only service will be held on Saturday, October 24th at 1pm at the Life Church in Drayton Valley.
