David William Arthur Suecroft Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David William Arthur Suecroft, who peacefully left us on Friday, March 15, 2024, at the Drayton Valley Long Term Care Center.

David's memory will forever live on in the hearts of his daughters, Virginia, Audrey (Wayne), and Norma; grandchildren, Levi, Teddy (Darci), Dusty, Roujea (Jon), Daniel (Shyanne), Justin (Jelyssa), Lemiah, Kyle, and Quinn; great-grandchildren, Autumn, Kaisley, Dmytri, Luca, and Dakota; siblings, Joy, Diane, Shirley, and Gary along with his large extended family.

David was predeceased by his brothers, James and Terry; sister, Marie; and parents, Gladys and William Suecroft.

A devoted family man, David now rests in peace, forever watching over his loved ones and walking beside them in spirit. David was a visionary and dreamer, always brimming with big and wonderful ideas that revolved around his cherished family, who held the center of his world. In everything he did, his family was an integral part of his plans and his heart.

Born and raised a farmer, farming ran through his veins, and he found solace in the fields and crops. David's passion for all things farming kept him busy and fulfilled. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life and was always willing to share what he had with others, generously giving his time to help those in need.

David's family would like to thank the staff at the Drayton Valley Long Term Care Center for their compassionate care shown to David during his stay.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Drayton Valley Long Term Care Center, Drayton Valley, Alberta.

A Celebration of Life for David will be held at a later date.
