It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Richard Nelson (Drayton Valley, Alberta), who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Nelson and Annie Nelson; his siblings, Ray Nelson, Cliff Nelson and Doreen Thompson; his close friend Carol; and his nephew Cecil Nelson.
He is survived by: his family, Shelley (Garry), Karen (Fred), Vicki (Kevin) and Kevin (Debbie); his sister Winnifred Kettleson of Truro, NS; and his uncle David. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
