She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Canning (Fawcett) and Judson Canning; her husband James Sorensen (Jim); her brothers, Gordon (Doris Canning), Clifford (Peggy Canning) and Howie (Janice Canning); her nephew Timothy Canning; her siblings, Harold and Irene Canning; and her cousins, Russ, Georgette Fawcett and Sandy Fawcett.

She is survived by: her brother Gordy; her granddaughter Charly Sorensen; her son Aaron (Sun Sorensen); her grandchildren, Alexander, Maxwell and Amelia; her child Lexis Horvath (Jonas); her grandchildren, Hudson and Hayden Horvath; and her children, Ren, Tye Dollevoet, Cole (Mckenna Patterson), Riley, Reece and Taylor Sorensen.
