He was predeceased by: his son Dale Archer; his daughter-in-law Colleen Archer; and his brother David Archer. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his sons, Bruce Archer (Kathy) and Brian Archer (Diana); his daughter-in-law Chyenne Archer; and his grandchildren, Jeff (Joleene), Mandy, Kyle, Beth (Luke), Jennifer (James), Aaron, Andrew, Nathan and Lauren.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Ed's memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
