He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Phillips and Margaret Phillips of Didsbury; and his brother-in-law George Taks (Bertha). He is survived by: his wife MaryAnne Phillips; his daughters, Charlotte McDonnell (Carl) of Carstairs and Becky Ayers (Wade) of Carstairs; his sister Linda Wollman (Peter) of Pincher Creek; his siblings-in-law, Larry Taks (Ada), Gloria Oldenburger (Henk) and Terry Taks; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Sarah, Chase, Alex, Abby and Wyatt; and his great grandchild Seth.
