John Tom Wojtowicz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Tom Wojtowicz in Diamond City, Alberta, born in Alonsa, Manitoba, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wojtowicz and Maria Wojtowicz; and his brothers, Joseph, Stanley, Adam, Eugene, Anthony, Edward, Frank and Carl.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Eisworth; his children, Annette Moline (Phil), Donna Engel, Carolyn Lopez (Randy), John Cory Wojtowicz and Daniel Wojtowicz (Diego Aguilar); his grandchildren, Jacki-Lee Krsa (Michael Holcroft), Michael Moline (Lisa Reyes), Stephen Moline (Mandy), Christoper Lopez (Doli), Bradley Lopez, Scott Lopez (Brooke), Jake Engel (Mykayla Bergie), Jenna Sapara (Reo), Colton Wojtowicz and Ava Wojtowicz; his great grandchildren, Averi Holcroft, Jeslyn Krsa, Tristan Holcroft, Jillian Krsa, Jack Krsa, Jennifer Krsa, Juliana Krsa, Jordan Moline, Deanna Moline, Rocko Reyes, Kobe Buckner, Nicholas Buckner, Greyson Lopez, Cambria Lopez, Lukas Lopez, Draygo Lopez, Sawyer Lopez, Weston Lopez, Logan Lopez, Madilynn Lopez and Bella Lopez; his sister Helen Dolbak (George); and his sister-in-law Martha Wojtowicz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A prayer will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM and at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Cecilia's Church (321 90 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2J0A1). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Cecilia's Roman Catholic Church (321 90 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2J0A1). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at the Eden Brook Memorial Gardens (24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z3K2).
