She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Axley; her parents, Dan Pashulka and Annie Pashulka; her brother Ambrose Pashulka; and her granddaughter Sara Buhler.

She is survived by: her children, George Gryshik, Michael Gryshik (Leona), Anthony Axley (Fern), Dave Axley (Dianna) and Debbie Buhler; and her grandchildren, Jay, Tyrell and Brandy Gryshik. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; as well as numerous siblings, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.
