She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Helmig; her parents, Eldon Stenson and Muriel Stenson; and her parents-in-law, Art and Joyce Helmig.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Helmig (Leanne) and Trina Bouchard (Robert); her siblings, Ron Stenson (Carol), Graham Stenson (Ruth), John Stenson (Karen), Brent Stenson (Molly), Kay Calder (Lowell), Cheryl Cresswell (Ken), Nancy Sandmaier (John) and Susan Bakstad (Rick); and her parents-in-law, Don Helmig, Elaine Ross (Gordon), Morris Helmig and Otto Helmig. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions a memorial and inurnment will be held at a later date.
