It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Bernard Bendfeld of Daysland, Alberta, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Arnold; his sister Lynda Malick (Hugh O'Rourke); his father-in-law Gregory Vornbrock (Elizabeth); and his siblings-in-law, Doug Burkard and Arlene Lohner (Ken).
He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Janice (Douwe) and Gregory (Amanda); his grandchildren, Lilly and Bryce; his mother Rita; his siblings, Norbert (Loreen), Larry (Vera), Anne Burkard, Jim (Rose), Theresa Steil (Jerry) and Grant (Renee); and his brothers-in-law, Ken Vornbrock (Sharon) and Gary Vornbrock (Star).
