He was predeceased by: his parents, Benoit Cloutier and Amanda Cloutier; his son Darrell Cloutier; and his siblings, Irene Matecha, Cecile Zinter, Alice Forget, Roland Cloutier and Gaston Cloutier.

He is survived by: his pet Tigger; his son Stefan (Jaime); his grandchildren, Brett, Kelsey and Cole; and his siblings, Bernadette Lauer, Simone Lorenz (George), Mariette Paradis, Gisele Cloutier, Andre Cloutier, Armand Cloutier (Fay) and Denis Cloutier (Marguerite). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
