She is survived by: her children, Brad Wolokoff (Brenda), Dale Wolokoff (Lynette), Polly Gauthier (Wayne) and Shelley Wolokoff (Donny); her grandchildren, Brady, Blaine, Brooke, Jenna, Courtney, Carter, Mason, Justin, Jonathan, Destiny, Chriselle and Hunter; and her siblings, Peter Wetsch (Leslie), Gloria Lecapoy, Norman Wetsch (Maryann), Caroline Fillinger and Dora Schacker (Dean). She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, if family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Mary Anne's memory may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, the Arthritis Society Canada, or the Stollery Children's Hospital.
