He was predeceased by: his parents, Verdun and Joyce; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his children, Kim (Wayne) and Ryan (Cherie); his grandchildren, Caleb, Sophie and Silas; his sister Lynne (Frank); his close friend Jean; his nieces, Wendy and Tracy; and his nephew Craig. He is also survived by the mother of his children as well as several cousins and friends.
