He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Sadie; his wife Beatrice Gilbertson; his siblings, Eileen (Les Merchant), Dorothy (Ian Yeats) and Bobby (Joanne Lindmark); and his grandson Travis Glazier.

He is survived by: his cousins, Archie and Frances; his daughter Stacee Suntjens (Toot); his granddaughter Pam Collins; his great grandchildren, Brenden and Reid; his granddaughter Danielle Collins; his great grandchild Holly; his daughter Arlana Glazier (George); his granddaughter Tricia Elliott (Dionne); his great grandchildren, Sydney and Payton; his granddaughter Candice Bussing (Tim); his great grandchildren, Braxton, Bronwen and Georgia; his granddaughter-in-law Jamie Glazier (Heath); his grandson Bogdan Niculescu (Marly); his great grandchild Wade Lindmark (Judy); his grandson Ryan Lindmark (Jua); his great grandchildren, Henry and Archie; his grandson Barry Lindmark (Tanis); his great grandchildren, Nash, Bo, Renn and Jayde; his grandson Robbie Lindmark (Larissa); his great grandchild Landon; his granddaughter Brooke Lindmark (Devin); his daughter Reneé Deacon (Allen); his grandchildren, Corey Deacon (Liz) and Carly Burne (Korey); his siblings, Leonard Lindmark (Janet), Dale Lindmark (Charlotte) and Bruce Lindmark (Ruth); and also, Lincoln and Dallas Lindmark (Nicole). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
