He is survived by: his daughters, Roxanne Smigelski, Julie Motley (Jay) and Holly Tarkowski (Ryan); his grandchildren, Travis Smigelski (Richelle), Ryan Smigelski, Jordan Smigelski (Amy), Tyson Motley, Landon Motley (Colby) and Madison Tarkowski; and his great grandchildren, Emmett, Ezlyn, Everett, Noah, Millicent and Elliette. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
