He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Weeseekase and Flora Moostoos; his siblings, William Moostoos, George Moostoos and Wilma Moostoos; his grandparents, Walter, Eliza Moostoos, Joe Weeseekase and Ella Blackbird; his nephew Graham Ahmeecheko; and his close friend Bella Oseemeemow.
He is survived by: his children, Frankie Moostoos (Mary), Norman Jr., Edward, Keno, Dekota, Noreen, Pamela and Kaurtnie; and his siblings, David Moostoos, Steven, David Collicotte, Cedric Moostoos, Shirley Lewis, Kathy Weeseekase and Melanie.
