It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Chabaylo of Cold Lake, Alberta, who passed away on July 5, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Chabaylo; his parents, Metro Chabaylo and Mary Chabaylo; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Chabaylo; and his siblings, Nick Chabaylo, John Chabaylo, Elia Chabaylo, George Chabaylo, Anna Batrynchuk, Doris Jenkins and Verna Nickolok.
He is survived by: his children, Glen Chabaylo, Raymond Chabaylo (Glenda) of Cold Lake, AB, Richard Chabaylo (Joann) of Leduc County, AB, Karen Fraser (Brian) of Victoria, B. C. and Lynne Faist (Bill) of Sherwood Park, AB; his grandchildren, Kimberly Neal, Jodi Sobchyshyn (Neil), Shannon Onook (Jayson), Christopher Chabaylo, Matthew Chabaylo (Amelia), Aaron Chabaylo (Kelsey Herzog), Eric Fraser (Sumeet), Alex Fraser (Taylor), Robert Faist (Deanna) and Ben Faist; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Ho, Megan Ho, Emma Sobsychyn, Ayla Fraser, Leo Fraser, Gates Kempenaar, Jake Onook, Ben Onook and Maddox Chabaylo.
