He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Melanchuk and George Melanchuk. He is survived by: his sons, Brad Melanchuk (Bobbi) and Darryl Melanchuk (Amanda) of Chico, California; his grandchildren, Kathryn, Ryan, Amelia, Adam, Daniel, Tony, Michael and Nathaniel; the mother of his children Anita Melanchuk; his brother Larry Melanchuk of Cold Lake, AB; and his nieces and nephews, Vance Yaremko, Wes Melanchuk, Tim Melanchuk, Shawn Dalgleish, Ashley Dalgleish and Aline Smigelski.
