Lee is survived by: wife Kareen Gilbert; son Jake Cunningham (Chelsea Cowley); parents, Roy Cunningham and Merle Cunningham; and siblings, Annette Cunningham (Chris Johnson) and Kristopher Cunningham. Lee is also survived by many close friends and extended family.
