As Lawrence departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lawrence. Though Lawrence may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Slawuta and Mary Anne Slawuta; and his siblings, Orest Slawuta (Janet) and Leslie Slawuta. He is survived by: his wife Cecily Slawuta; his son Stephen Slawuta (Tatiana); and his sister Dr. Sonia Slawuta-Shulakewych (Bohdan).
