She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Jordan; and her siblings, Edith Liddell, Anna Cameron, Isabella Milburn, Bill, Don and Sandy.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Jordan (Brenda) of North Battleford, SK and Leanne Sykes (Paul) of Cold Lake, AB; her grandchildren, Amanda Beriault (Nick) of Sylvan Lake, AB and Matthew Sykes (Paige Urlacher) of Cold Lake, AB; her great grandchildren, Bretton, Ava, Carter and Chevi; and her sisters, Laura Wittchen (John) of Red Deer, AB and Jean Ryan of Delta, BC.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial tributes in Hazel's memory may be made to a children's charity of one's choice.
