He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Watt and Ilene Watt. He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his children, Olivia Clarke (Gordon), Mike Watt (Cristie) and Daniel Watt (Jessica); his grandchildren, Victoria Clarke, Charlotte, William Watt, Dominic, Aria and Declan Watt; his sisters, Thelma Lapointe (John), Charlotte Kilcup (Charlie) and Tammy Letellier (Denis); and his aunts, Shirley Barnes and Irene Harps. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Memorial tributes in memory of Dwayne may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, 110-1525 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON K1Z 8R9.
