He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Tolley and Mary Ellen Tolley; and his siblings, Ira Tolley (Williard Tolley) and Linda Smith (Cecilia Tolley). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tolley of Cherry Grove; his grandchildren, Michael Wilken (Sarah Locke), Karlee Kadey (Daniel), Jeffery Wilken (Taea), Johnathon Wilken and Michelle Wilken; his great grandchildren, Jackson Wilken and Lyneah Wilken; his sister Deborah Benson (Lawrence); and his sister-in-law Barbara Tolley. He is also survived by his family and friends.
