She was predeceased by: her parents, William Moskalyk and Victoria Moskalyk; her brother Garry Moskalyk; and her stepson Ronald Firth. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Firth of Cold Lake; her daughters, Trish Portsmouth of Edmonton and Linda Portsmouth (Cory) of St. Albert; her stepchildren, Deann McKenzie of Edmonton and Jason Firth of Edmonton; her grandsons, Lucas Portsmouth, Jacob Portsmouth, Scott Cardinal, Michael Cardinal, Keith Cardinal and Damien Firth; her great grandchildren, Hayden Cardinal, Mathew Cardinal and Lily May Dixon; and her siblings, Ken Moskalyk, George Moskalyk, Shirley McMillan (Stan) and Betty Weldon (Pat). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & other relatives.
