It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hendrik Tams of Coaldale, Alberta, who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Alida Tams (Van Spronsen); his children, Harry Tams (Maria), Joe Tams (Betty), Ed Tams (Margaret), Glenn Tams (Rose) and Yvonne Douma (Fritz); his siblings, John Tams (Dorothy), Rika, Dieta, Maria VanBostelen (George), Fritz Tams (Betty) and Ella Cameron (Dave); and his parents-in-law, Hilda Tams, Bredenhof (Lloyd), Richard Veldkamp, Gerda Tams and Douwe Postma. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, and 56 great grandchildren.
