He was predeceased by: his son Maurice; his parents, Cornelius and Geertruida; his brother Bill; and his brothers-in-law, Wim, Arie and Leonard.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kees, Jannie Lenie, Christine and Gerie. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
